RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns: We are happy to accept returns on unused, unwashed items in the original packaging within 14 days of the date your package was received for US and international customers. Please note: ALL ITEMS OVER 20% DISCOUNT ARE FINAL SALE!
Returns have a $5 return label fee which will be deducted from your refund.
You can start a return from your order page when you are logged into your customer account. Or you can reach out to info@dottchild.com to start your return.
Exchanges: To exchange an item, please start a return and place a new order online with the times you would like. Your return items will be refunded upon receipt.
